The Vision Art Community Outreach project was designed to inspire creativity, expression, and unity within our local communities. Through this initiative, Norine Culture Connect brought together children, youth, and aspiring artists to explore the world of painting, drawing, and visual storytelling as powerful tools for connection and change.

During the outreach, participants engaged in interactive art workshops, creative mentorship sessions, and collaborative mural painting, all aimed at nurturing talent and giving voice to community stories through colour and imagination. The program provided not only artistic skills but also built confidence, teamwork, and cultural appreciation among participants.

This outreach served as a platform to discover and celebrate hidden talents, especially among young people who might not otherwise have access to such opportunities. By merging creativity with community building, Norine Culture Connect continues to promote art as a bridge between cultures and a path toward empowerment.
